For Aileen, fitness and wellness is more than a job-it’s a way of life and a passion that she loves sharing with others.

“Through the changes in my life and the challenges with my health, she takes the time to find out how to work with my chronic aches/pains as well as always asking how my body is feeling before we start each training session. She meets you where you are.”
